At The SonyaKarol Foundation, in partnership with GBE, LLC, we believe that sustainable economic and leadership advancement happens when strategic purpose meets experienced guidance. The Women’s Advocacy & Executive Mentorship Program is a selective 6-month initiative designed to cultivate high-achieving female corporate executives, entrepreneurs, and community leaders.

Through 1-on-1 pairing with seasoned Fortune 500 leaders and enterprise founders, structured unit economics training, and executive sponsorship, this program equips women to expand their leadership presence, navigate capital scaling, and build an enduring legacy of impact.
